1 Introduction to the Agreement

Welcome to the bt44 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bt44 ("we", "our", "platform") and you ("user", "player"). By using bt44's website, app, or services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the bt44 platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If a player is found to be operating multiple accounts, those accounts and any balances held in them may be cancelled and any accumulated benefits may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information and Verification

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. bt44 may request documents for identity verification at any time. If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, the account may be closed immediately and the associated balance may be withheld.

3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bt44 is ৳100 for each method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large transactions.

3.3 Withdrawal Process and Conditions

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request is processed:

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit, or an alternative approved by bt44.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

bt44 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions and may hold the balance until the relevant investigation is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bt44 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,000. Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance becomes ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 15x applies to all bonuses, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Only bets placed on eligible games will count toward wagering.
• bt44 reserves the right to change the wagering contribution rate of specific games.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

bt44 is vigilant about preventing bonus abuse. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account cancellation:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using low-risk betting strategies to meet bonus conditions.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or device.

bt44's decision on such matters is final.

5.1 General Betting Rules

Before placing any bet on bt44, please note the following:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless bt44 specifically provides that option.
• Bets incorrectly accepted due to a system error will be considered void.
• bt44's decision is final in determining the outcome of any bet.
• If a technical issue occurs with any bet, bt44 reserves the right to reassess or cancel that bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

bt44's sports betting market offers various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. For sports betting:

• All odds are variable and may be updated until the event begins.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be returned.
• Specific rules may apply to BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other tournament bets.

5.3 Casino Games

7 Prohibited Activities on the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bt44 platform:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing opposing bets on the same market or outcome to artificially reduce risk ("arbitrage betting").
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Pressuring or threatening bt44 staff.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.

If any of these activities are detected, bt44 may immediately and permanently close the relevant account and forfeit the balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.
